Restarting Windows Only

When you want to restart, there’s no need for the computer (BIOS) to restart as well. You can just restart Windows, thus saving you about 30 seconds every restart. You don’t need any third party software, all you have to do is keep the SHIFT key pressed while you invoke the restart.
P.S. Works both on Vista and XP.
